How does O.F.Cleaning work?

We offer our cleaning services by the minute. Through a fixed price per minute and a fixed transport cost per person, you can budget perfectly. With this formula you can determine the total working time, as well as its contents. If you wish, after a short site visit, we can determine the planned working time together with you. However, you can always determine the content of the working time yourself. O.F.Cleaning guarantees you competent, trained and Dutch-speaking cleaning staff who will never be absent due to illness or vacation. Our agreements are therefore never drawn up based on content, but only mention an estimated working time in minutes and a fixed cost for the transportation per person. This way, you as a customer have every opportunity to make the best use of the scheduled working time according to the circumstances and have a clear view on the calculation method of the invoice.

Finally, we should mention that the following items are also included in the minute prices per person:

• Full insurance in case of a claim
• Training of our cleaning staff
• Use of products and materials
• Payroll costs of our people
• Increase in our cost due to illness or vacation
